Adam Johnstone
NCD Australia Director
Adam has been working as an NCD Trainer and Coach since 1999. He has taught on the application of NCD principles in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. With Ian Campbell and Christoph Schalk he developed the NCD Profile Plus Detailed Analysis tool used extensively in Australia and around the world. Adam also works closely with NCD International as the NCD Campaign Director. He lives in Brisbane with his beautiful wife and 3 daughters and is actively involved in his local congregation.

Liam Glover
NCD Australia Director - NxCD
At NCD Australia, Liam is responsible for encouraging the establishment and support of NxCD (nekst) gatherings. These are new churches guided by NCD principles from day one. He is also the Pastor of Lake Community Church in the Western suburbs of Brisbane. Since planting the church in 1998, Liam and the team have taken the church through 8 NCD surveys and have seen solid sustained growth through this time. Liam is also an 'NCD David'.

Rachel Glover
NCD Logistics
Rachel is primarily responsible for administration at NCD Australia. Rachel was part of the planting team of Lake Community Church, a local church located in Forest Lake, Brisbane. Before joining the team at NCD Australia Rachel worked in various organizations in Brisbane (for profit and not for profit) using her administrative and accounting skills. Rachel works part time at NCD Australia and full time as a mum of three young boys.

Melinda Johnstone
NCD Australia Journalist
With the rapid growth of Natural Church Development across Australia and around the world, the stories of individuals, churches and whole movements being changed are mounting up. Melinda has taken on the challenge of capturing these stories and presenting them back to the NCD community and wider church as a testament to God's faithfulness in holding to His universal principles of growth. Melinda has extensive experience with NCD particularly in the areas of Inspiring Worship, Need-oriented Evangelism and the application of NCD to the growth of children. She lives in Brisbane with Adam and their 3 daughters and is actively involved in their new NCD-based church plant.

Faye Johnstone
Survey Processing & Resource Distribution
Faye has a great passion for God and the Kingdom and voluntarily serves the NCD Australia community well with survey processing and resource distribution. Her efficiency and faithfulness is a constant source of relief to all the rest of the team. She and her husband Ross are looking forward to imminent retirement (so they can help out more with NCD Australia)

Judi Coleman
Resource Preparation & Distribution
Judi is a lady with a beautiful faith and a great capacity to reflect God's love. She is a blessing to us here at the shed as she tirelessly (and with great humour) risks paper cuts and sticky tape goo to prepare and send out resources with the greatest efficiency.
