NxCD 'Do' considerations

One of the greatest dangers for a new energetic church is to 'do' the NCD plan and start 'doing' a whole lot of other things at the same time (often in our Maximum Factor areas because we really like them). It can be useful to frequently revisit the central principle of NCD. If we are diligent in creating an environment conducive to growth (working on the minimum factor areas), God will provide the growth - 'all by itself'. This may appear to happen a little more slowly than we would like but it is important to remember that natural growth is multiplication growth not addition growth and therefore will be plenty fast enough after the healthy foundations have been laid.
