Natural Church Development Survey

The NCD Survey provides a health profile of your church, assessing its strength in each of the eight Quality Characteristics. It is unique to the church, being based on questionnaires.

The questionnaires are processed using the Institute for Natural Church Development International's software and standardised to Australian churches.

The Survey is part of an ongoing process of improving the church's health. To gain maximum impact from the NCD process (understanding and applying the principles), it is recommended that churches do a Survey annually. This enables:

• regular accurate information on the church's strengths and weaknesses
• refining of vision, strategies and goals to maintain momentum
• regular assessment of essential values
• appropriate focusing of resources (addressing the Minimum Factor)
• continuous addressing of NCD principles and practice
• constant progress towards lasting health and growth
